Q 4:
In case there are a male Muslim doctor, a female Christian doctor and a female Hindu doctor available, which of them is to examine my wife and daughters?
A:
A woman should be examined by a female doctor, whether Muslim or non-Muslim. It is not permissible for a woman to be examined by an Ajnaby (a man other than a husband or unmarriageable male relatives) unless out of necessity when there are no female doctors available.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
